CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation

24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of your session fee, due promptly and prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Given the current Covid19 conditions, the cancellation fee will be waived if your cancellation is due to exhibiting symptoms/illness.

No-Show

If you miss your appointment and “no-show” for any reason, you will be charged 50% of your missed session fee due immediately. A 50% prepayment will be required for future appointments.

Running Late

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened as a result. You will be responsible for the full payment of your scheduled session.

As part of the ongoing precautions required by the State of California regarding Covid-19, I ask that you download, review and sign the Covid-19 Intake and Consent Form. If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you can, please download and fill out this intake form prior to your first visit with me so that I can understand the type of work you need me to focus on. Make sure to bring the filled out form with you on your first appointment.
