SESSION INFO
Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours remaining before your scheduled appointment, we will charge a fee equal to 50% of your session cost. We require prompt payment of this fee before scheduling any future appointments
No-Show
If you miss your appointment or do not show up for any reason, we will charge a fee equal to 100% of your missed session. We require immediate payment of this fee. Additionally, for any future appointments, we will require a 100% prepayment.
Running Late
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session. However, you will still be responsible for the full payment of your originally scheduled session.
